Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After contacting us to obtain an RMA number, you have 5 calendar days to ship the items back. Items returned after 30 days from receipt cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returns may be subject to restocking charges if items are returned incomplete, dirty, damaged, scratched, or missing accessories. To avoid restocking fees, ensure all items are returned intact in original packaging with blank warranty cards, manuals, UPC codes, and manufacturer-provided accessories.
