Terms and conditions
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, contact one of our advisors at (514) 595-6336 or toll free 1-888-514-6336. The article must be returned within 5 calendar days following the issue of the RMA.
We will be pleased to exchange or reimburse most of the items that you have purchased online or in store within 30 days of receiving your order or in store purchase.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement or exchange for the following items: items made to your dimensions (like pastry rings, frames, sheet pans...), personalized products, food products (like chocolate, vanilla, food colors, transfer sheet...), seasonal items, gift cards, perishable items, shipping charges, custom products, special ordered items, clearance sale items.
We will refuse all items that have been in contact with foods. Temperature sensitive items are not guaranteed against melting or discoloration during shipping or storage.
Pastry rings and others shapes, cake frames, sheet pan extenders and stainless steels molds are manufactured on demand at customer selected sizes and all sales are final.
All items obtained as bonuses must be returned with the original purchase. Take note that all modified or transformed items cannot be returned nor exchanged. Note that any damaged items following an abusive or incorrect usage cannot be returned nor exchanged.
The product should be returned intact and in its original package, since Design & Realisation sells only new equipment (unless specified otherwise), which includes: blank warranty cards, user manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete, dirty, damaged or scratched, the return may be denied or the credit can be subject to restocking charges following merchandise inspection.
Before Design & Realisation can process your request for your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the invoice and the return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit, which will be applied to the same Visa or MasterCard used at the time of purchase. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 5 days following the reception of your order or in store purchase.
