The Pastry Ring Mold can be used for cakes, entremets, mousses, ice creams, tartares and much more. Made in Canada from sturdy 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and will stay perfectly round over the years.
The Ring Mould can be used to bake and to assemble your cakes. We offer it in a large variety of diameters; from 1.25" (3cm) to 18" (46cm). Custom dimensions are also available, contact us for a quote.
