The DR Single Punch Heart Dough Cutter is made of food grade stainless steel. Made in Canada, they are very solid, very sturdy. 

They can be used to cut dough, fondant for cake decorating, cookie dough to obtain original shapes, cut sponge cake inserts for all types of pastries, cut thin chocolate layer to create decorations, etc.

Good cutters

They work as planned and have a nice rolled edge on the top for comfort. I use them for harder items like chocolate and fudge so they are well made in order to handle more than just cakes or ganache.
