Bittersweet and exquisitely delicate with a hint of licorice.

Testimonial:
"The Origine Mexique is a rare chocolate of complex aromas, of subtle taste and with a long-lasting taste which reveals warm, woody, spicy and tobacco flavors. Not excessively bitter or acidic, of a deep and coppery color, it is a fine complement for prunes, cooked fruits, licorice, cognac and armagnac. Use it in your mousses, ganaches and bars, and this subtle and masculine chocolate will surprise you."
