HOW TO MAKE BICOLOR CROISSANTS

 

Hey guys! As promised today, I'm making this video to show you step by step how to make the best bicolor croissants ever. It's easier than what you seeing, you just need to follow what I'm gonna show you.

 

So, let's get started!

 

Place all the ingredient in the mixing bowl, and start mixing 5 minutes under-speed 5 minute in mini on speed. Pull out the dough from the mixture. Weigh up 0.44 pounds that you are drink to mix with any food colorant on chocolate base.


I was suggest you to do it by hands since the quantity is kind of smooth. Now pre-shape the two doughs, flatten it, wrapped it up, and leave it in the fridge overnight. Pull out your border at room temperature. Once it is soft enough, place it on the baking paper, fold it, spread it out, and leave it in the fridge.


Pull out the fridge your border 15 minute before using it. Now pull out your dough, rolled it, and place the border in the middle, and start folding. Rolled it to the right measurement. Once done, get the agents to get rid of the dough with other border for a better layer. Give it to the bottom. Use the rolling pin available here


Put it back on the tray and leave it to rest 1 hour in the fridge. Pull out your carton, and this time you are green to make this simple dough. Once done, put it back in the fridge for 1hour and a half to rest.

 

Pull out your chocolate dough and spread it out the same size of your cut. Clip it, flip it over, and start rolling. It should be string millimeter sickness. Now cut the triangles and rolled them, make sure your measure isn't wound so the border won't stop making.

 

If you see your brace getting too soft then you can still put it back in the fridge for like 10 to 15 minutes and rolled it. Leave your presence to raise for 2 hours at  68°F.


If you don't have a proper, you can use your oven and place the unused of pot that is according to water. Just make sure isn't too hot so the border won't stop making.


Once your croissants are ready, place them in the oven to 15 to 20 minutes depending on doing. After baking, you can brush them with some syrup to make them look better.
