The chocolate vibrating table with grid allows you to get a perfect moulding by clearing the air in the chocolate moulds. It can be used with most individual chocolate moulds, accommodating up to 3 standard sized moulds at one time (2 on the padded surface and 1 on the grid). By setting the vibrating table grid over a bowl or a Tempering machine, the surplus of chocolate can be recuperated.

It also includes a padded surface to reduce noise. Made of stainless steel, the vibrating table is very easy to clean and is very robust.
