Tart Ring Pastry Mold
The Tart Ring Pastry Mold is perfect to line your tart shell. The ring mould can be used in the oven and the freezer to bake or freeze your tart shell pie.
The Tart Ring Pastry Mold has straight sides and will give your tart shell a Parisian look. It is recommended to bake directly in the Tart Ring Mold, place it on a Silpain or any perforated baking mat and use a perforated baking pan to give the perfect crust to your pâte sablée.
Made in Canada from sturdy 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and will stay perfectly round over the years.
