Tart Ring Mold
This is a French Pastry Classic mould. The 20mm (3/4") high tart ring is made in stainless steel with rolled edges that ensures sturdiness. This bottomless mould allows more dough exposure in order to obtain a crispy dough in a very short time. The ring's straight sides will enhance the appearance of your tarts.
The tart rings are available in various diameters from 70 mm (2 3/4") to 340 mm (13 1/2").
