Plastic Christmas Yule Log Mold
This half round thermoformed plastic mould is perfect to make the best Christmas Logs. The mould is made from clear 0.76mm (0.030") thick PET plastic. It can be used in the freezer and the refrigerator.
The log mould inside dimensions: 570mm (22.5") long, 85mm (3 3/8") wide and 70mm (2.75") deep. You can easily cut the log in 2 or 3 after to make 3 Christmas Logs of 18cm (7") or 2 larger logs of 28cm (11").
Poor your mousse recipe directly inside the Yule log mould. You can poor various mousse recipes to create 2 or 3 layers mousse cake. You can also add sponge cake insert to the mousse.
Very easy to unmold, simply turn the mould upside down. You can use warm water on the plastic mould to facilitate the unmolding process.
The unmold log can be cut at desired length to make 2 or 3 Christmas logs. It can be cover with mirror glazed and decorated as you wish.
This thermoformed plastic Yule log mould is reusable, clean it carefully after use. The moulds are stackable to be easily stored. It is made from food safe PET plastic and it is recyclable.
