Perforated pan allows a better heat dispersion for your viennese pastries and other products to bake uniformly and with consistency. These trays are ideal for dense products such as scones. Also perfect as a baking support for silicone mats and moulds such as Silpain, Exopat, Silpat, Silicopat and Flexipan.Specifications:
