Milk Chocolate Couverture Origin "Ghana"
This product is only available to ship in Canada
Bold, distinctive with an aroma of hazelnuts and a note of caramel.
From the softly swaying palm trees and cool breezes of the coast, to the dense forests, grassy plains of the interior, Ghana possesses an exceptional natural heritage. Deep within its equatorial rainforest, the tropical heat and rich soil bring forth an intensely aromatic cocoa, the brown gold of the region. Brought to Ghana from Brazilian seedlings in 1879, Forastero cacao merged exquisitely with Trinitario, is marked by a distinctively forthright flavour and a touch of acidity. This union forges a remarkable milk chocolate: a subtle blend of candor and delicacy. Hazelnut aromas and a note of caramel are revealed in tasting.

Testimonial:
"What a pleasure to discover the Origine Ghana, a highly distinctive milky couverture. Mildly sweet, very fruity and above all with a strongly pronounced cocoa taste, it leaves a characteristic and long-lasting flavor in the mouth. Ideal for your candy fillings, chocolate mousses but also for certain molding such as your mini bars."
