MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Melter 13.7Lt
Economical and with large capacity, the 13.7 liter MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine is a great melter for chocolatier and for medium size production.
The melter will allow you to easily temper your chocolate by using the seeding method as explained in the video below. With his precise analog thermostat, the machine will maintain the chocolate at the desired temperature for a long period of time and keep it tempered.
The MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine comes with a food safe stainless steel pan to hold your chocolate. The pan is removable for easy cleaning and extra pans are available to change quickly form a chocolate to another.
The pan has a capacity of 13.7 liters (3.6 gallon) and can hold approximately 15 kg of chocolate (33 lbs).
The MeltinChoc is a dry melter, it doesn't require water and it will slowly melt your chocolate without risk of burning it. It can reach a temperature up to 50°C (122°F).
The body of the MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine is made from strong plastic and integrates quality electrical components ensuring that it is durable and long lasting. The melter has a limited 1 year warranty covering parts and labor.
