Season's Greetings Label Transfer Sheet
Create beautiful decorations for your cakes, pastries, entremets and other desserts with these Christmas decoration transfer sheets.
- 2 color prints: red and gold.
- Label dimensions: 27 x 40 mm (1 x 1,57").

- Store in a cool, dry and dark area.
- Use this transfer with Stencil ACCH001.
- Place the transfer sheet, coloring facing upwards, on your work station.
- Place the stencil on the transfer sheet by carefully centering the designs in the stencil's cavities.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the stencil by making sure that the cavities are filled appropriately.
- Smooth out the stencil with the wide spatula EX30509001 to remove the excess of chocolate.
- Let it cool down until the chocolate gets firm and then you can remove the stencil.
- Let the chocolate on the transfer cool down until it hardens (24 hours at room temperature OR 20 minutes in refrigerator).
- When chocolate is hard, peel off the transfer sheet and the design will remain on the chocolate.
Our transfer sheets are manufactured from pure cocoa butter and FDA certified colorings. They are hand-crafted therefore offering more precised designs and denser colors.
The transfer sheets are conceived to be used with couverture chocolate (dark, milk or white). The result is not guaranteed when used with compound chocolate.
ATTENTION: This product is sensitive to high temperatures. During hot seasons, the responsibility of shipments remains at the customer's charge against all damage caused by the temperature.
