Extra Blade for Adjustable Roller Cutter

The extra blade is made to fit only Exnox Adjustable Roller Cutter shaft.

The blade is made from sturdy stainless steel. The edge is lightly sharpened and it is perfect to cut soft product like viennoiserie dough and can also be used to cut harder products such as nougat, caramels, praliné and certain crunchy pastes.

The allen key screw to fix the wheel on the shaft bar is included with the wheel.

The wheel is available in 4" (10cm) or 6" (15cm) external diameter.
