The 13.7 liter Digital Pro MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine is the perfect melter for professional chocolatier looking to produce medium/large batches of chocolate.

Equipped with a digital thermostat and a probe reading directly the temperature of the chocolate, this melter will allow you to temper your chocolate with precision by using the seeding method as explained in the video below. The tempering machine will maintain your chocolate at the desired temperature for a long period of time and keep it tempered.

With the external probe, you will obtain the exact chocolate temperature. The probe is reading the temperature directly in the chocolate.

The control panel of the digital thermostat can be used manually or it can be set to follow 3 preset programs depending on chocolate type: white, milk or dark. Sound indicators when temperatures are reached. The display indications help the operator to complete the tempering and maintaining the chocolate.

The Digital Pro MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine comes with a food safe stainless steel pan to hold your chocolate. The pan is removable for easy cleaning and extra pans are available to change quickly form a chocolate to another.

The pan has a capacity of 13.7 liters (3.6 gallon) and can hold approximately 15 kg of chocolate (33 lbs).

The Digital Pro MeltinChoc is a dry melter, it doesn't require water and it will slowly melt your chocolate without risk of burning it. It can reach a temperature up to 50°C (122°F).

The body of the Digital Pro MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine is made from strong plastic and integrates high quality electrical components ensuring that it is durable and long lasting. The melter has a limited 1 year warranty covering parts and labor.
