These heavy duty cutters are conceived to cut hard products such as nougat, nougatine, sugar, hard pastes, caramel or other difficult hard-to-cut matters.

Made of steel, they are sharpened to ease the cut and reinforced at the top to offer them a high strength.

The reinforced nougat cutters are available in 8 different sizes.
