
Pavoni™ Planet Silicone Cake Mould
The new silicone Planet pastry mould make spectacular dessert with a peculiar 3D effect. Designed with World Pastry Champion Emmanuele Forcone, this silicone mold can be used in the oven, in the freezer and in the blast chiller for the preparation of entremets, mousses, cakes and ice cream creations.
The mold is made by Pavoni from high quality food grade silicone, it resists to temperatures form -60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F) and is dishwasher safe.
