Dough and Chocolate Bench Scraper

This Stainless Steel Dough and Chocolate Scraper is ideal to divide dough, scraping and shaving chocolate, cleaning out mixing bowls, scooping icing... It can be used as a bench scraper to scrape excess flour and dough from work surface as well as helps with many other baking related techniques.

The scraper is entirely made of sturdy stainless steel. There is no wood that will stay wet and humid after cleaning or plastic that will crack over the time.

The rounded handle is easy hold and solid. The scraper blade (not sharp) is 12cm (4.75") wide and rigid. The scraper is 11cm (4.5") long.

It is available in two models: Straight End (EX10501001) or Round End (EX10501002).
