18x26 Perforated trays allowing improved heat dispersion for your viennese, pastries, bread and other products to bake uniformly and with consistency.

These perforated trays are ideal for products such as tart shell, croissant, bread and scones. Made to use in convection oven, the holes will assure your product is baked quickly and in a homogeneous manner.

Also perfect as a baking support for silicone mats and moulds such as Silpain, Silform, Silpat, Teflon Sheet and Flexipan.
