The 13 L extra basin is made from Food Grade Stainless Steel. It is thick, rigid and made to last.
The extra pan holds 13.7 liters of chocolate (approx. 15kg (33lbs) of chocolate).
The extra pan can be used with the Meltinchoc 13.7L and the 13.7Lt Digital Pro MeltinChoc.
Easy to clean, the extra basin is dishwasher safe or can hand wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
