Truffle Shells Filling Closing Plate

The tray for filling and closing truffle shells is a must for any chocolatier and confectioner using pre-made truffle shells. This easy to use tool will save you a lot of time and will help you keep your work space clean.

As you can see in the video bellow, the plate will allow you to fill and to close the truffle shells tray within seconds.

The plate is made to be used with any Standard Truffle Shells. It has 63 holes with a 7 x 9 layout. The holes are 16mm (0.625") diameter.

The plate is made from anodized aluminum, it is food safe and sturdy. The plate is dishwasher safe.
