The Bordelaise Bread Scoring Knife is equipped with an adjustable blade that you can curve at the shape of your choice.

The blade is flexible and the knife allow to round the blade at the angle of your choice. You can also adjust the blade when you change type of bread to score.

The 0.1mm (0.004") thick stainless steel scoring blade allows to adapt the handle to every working methods and is easy to change. Sold with a protective cap for safe storage.

This knife allows right handed and left handed to easily score bread and baguette. Change the blade after using the four cutting edges for cost-effectiveness and to decrease trash generated by disposable scoring knives.
