Il s'agit d'un moule French Pastry Classic. L'anneau à tarte de 20 mm 3/4 "de haut est fabriqué en acier inoxydable avec des bords roulés qui assurent la robustesse. Ce moule sans fond permet une plus grande exposition de la pâte afin d'obtenir une pâte croustillante en très peu de temps. Les côtés droits de l'anneau rehausseront l'apparence de vos tartes.s.

Les anneaux à tarte sont disponibles en différents diamètres de 70 mm 2 3/4 "à 340 mm 13 1/2".2").

I ordered the 4" high x 8" diameter cake rings. Super high quality product.
The grade of stainless steel is high - very shiny, thick and sturdy. The weld seam is excellent. D & R had a fair price and they shipped them quickly. Will definitely buy more things from this company. Thanks!

While I haven’t used this, the metal feels sturdy so I’m quite happy with my purchase. Docked one star because I didn’t receive a notification that my items were shipped - not a big deal but would have been nice so I didn’t have to check daily if my package was on its way.
