Diamond Truffle Chocolate Mould

The Diamond Chocolate Mould is a great way to craft chocolate diamond truffles. Each cavity has a diameter of 31mm and a depth of 20mm and will give you a perfect truffle size of approximately 9gr.

Made from Tritan plastic, a BPA free plastic, the mould is rigid and offers the same brightness as polycarbonate plastic.

The mould can be sprayed with food colors and colored cocoa butter to give effect to your creations.
