Wide stainless steel spatula with a heavy duty black polypropylene handle. With its 20 cm (8") wide S/S blade, this spatula is ideal for scraping chocolate moulds. It is also a great tool to temper chocolate on marble, make chocolate curls, chocolate cigarettes and for sugar art and confectionery work.

The wide spatula is also a perfect tool to smooth icing or frosting on a cake.
